How can I receive a
report of my registered pieces? |
| |
A report of registered
pieces is available for $2.00. Send your name, address, and collector
number along with your payment to:

When will I receive
my "free gift" for renewing my membership in the AGC Collectors' Club? |
| |
You are entitled to one
"free gift" for each year that you join. The club pieces are
available for one year, June 1 through May 31 of the following year.
Your "free gift" will be shipped at the time you join or renew your
membership. |

When will I receive
my redemption certificate to purchase the "members only" club piece? |
| |
The redemption
certificates are mailed to all current club members in June of each
year. Certificates are sent as new memberships are processed at any
other time during the year. Redemption certificates expire on May 31
each year. If you are a club member and have not received a
certificate, please contact us immediately. |

If I join the club or
renew my membership through an authorized dealer, when should I
receive my membership card and magazine? |
| |
You should receive these
within 8 weeks. If you do not receive them, contact MMO or the dealer
where the packet was purchased. |

If I join or renew my
club membership through a dealer, when do I receive my "free gift"? |
| |
When you pay for your
membership, the dealer should immediately provide you with your gift
and membership packet. |

What should I do if I
have misplaced my redemption certificate for the "members only" piece? |

Please contact us so
that the redemption certificate may be replaced and taken to your
dealer before the May 31 deadline. |

How long should it
take to receive my "members only" piece after I turn in my redemption
certificate to an authorized dealer? |
| |
Your authorized dealer
should contact you within 6 - 8 weeks to receive your "members only"
piece. If you have not been contacted by this time, call the dealer.
If the dealer is unable to help, contact Miss
Martha Originals. |

How can I purchase
back issues of the magazine? |

Back issues of the
magazines are available for $4.50 each (this includes shipping and
handling). Contact the Collectors' Club for
ordering or more information. |

How may I obtain a
dealer listing for a particular area? |

To obtain a list in the mail send a self-addressed stamped envelope

No, we stopped selling
these in 1986. |

How do I get
figurines repaired? |
| |
Because of the expense,
only retired and limited edition figurines are eligible for repairs.
The base fee is $45 which includes shipping. In the event that a
piece cannot be repaired, we will notify the collector and return the
